Morning, Juice a cucumber with some water and have a glass in the morning or take a bundle of fresh parsley let it soak in boiling water over night, strain and drink a glass every morning...

I drink a lot of water, like 3 to 4l a day and I have noticed that I am no longer retaining water.

No salt ...

Reduce salt intake. When you eat a lot of salt your cells absorb it along with a lot of water. I also agree with TishG1 about drinking a lot of water.

one or two cups of normal green tea could help a bit

Replace your salt with No Salt by Nature’s Choice (or something similar) which is potassium salt. Potassium helps regulate sodium and water in the body along with plenty other benefits. Google sodium/potassium and there should be plenty information

Reduce salt intake, drink upwards of 3 liters of water per day and maybe some black coffee to further act as a diuretic
