Fourth day walking in a row...granted it is not where I was a few weeks ago but this tendinitis hurts...lol but at least I'm walking and I still have my 10 min cardio work out I found on youtube.

I have found that walking has helped me a lot. It helped me lose the initial pounds and is helping me to maintain now. I have osteoarthritis in my knee, but after I started walking and losing weight, I don't have the pain anymore. Take it easy and don't forget to listen to what your body tells you. :)
