Well it was a bit cold and rainy yesterday... (no excuse, I know, but hey!) so I only got in 46 minutes of walking. The good thing I guess is that I got SOME in and I am sure to do better today even though it is still cold and rainy.
I am so glad that I am not missing the carbs. This morning's breakfast/lunch (11.30) was fried eggs, mushrooms & tomatoes.
