I have been messing up, big time! The numbers show the damage. i am feeling overwhelmed and dissapointed. I keep saying that I won't go past a number on the scale, but time and time again I have let myself down and broken my promises. I want so much better for myself. I hate looking at myself and seeing the disaster that i have caused at my own hands..one bad meal choice at a time.
