Yeah its the PHL Winter Games, events are deadmills, pushups, shoulder press, back squats, atlas stones and tyre flips. If I go above 63kg the weights I have to lift increase to a level I can't manage yet.

Best of luck - doesn't matter if you win... you've already won! Would you eve have believed in a few years ago - that's you'd be this muscular hot tottie who's entering competitions!? :D Your transformation is incredible.
