switchin diets for a lil while.. i'm finding that everytime i start this diet, i get so bored that i cant stick with it.. and i dont feel like i can do this long time.. so im gonna switch over the the fat smash diet that way i get a wide variety of things that i can eat. i'm hoping that i have luck with this one.. wish me luck=)
