new to this site ive been doing weigh watchers since last may i have lost 30lbs. so far im hopeing that this will help me to continue my weight loss and help keep track of everything i eat.tomorrow is my meeting so i will update my loss/gain. hopefully a loss.

Good luck to you. 30 lb. is awesome. I hope you find this website as big a support as I do. If not for it, there are several times I would have quit.

do you go to the meeting? they help also. since i been doing ww one thing i learned was that you can still eat the things you like but not all the time. portion is the key word.also there is no cheating on ww. you must account for what you eat so if you go over your points one day start out right the next day. good luck to you. and thank you.

Congratulations on losing 30lbs so far and the best of luck with losing some more! I'm sure like others you will find this site a wonderful support... I've found the challenges very useful in keeping motivated. There's one starting on Saturday - will send you the link just in case you want to join in and haven't seen already. :o)
