OMG i really stuffed my face yesterday and really enjoyed it at the time but hate myself for it today. All down to bad preparation or lack of time. Me and hubby had BBQ ribs, beef with mushrooms and king prawn omlette for dinner. I had been to a BBQ ealier on and didn't get back until very late hence the chinese. I did have 2 burgers with cheese slice on top at the BBQ, but no birthday cake or any of the delicious side orders there was so proud of that. I have to say its the first time I can say I have cheated whilst on the Atkins. By cheating I have gone over my NC by 20 or more and Calories by about 600!

I am having problems as it is let alone stuffing mjy face to make it worse! I have been to the doctors about my lower GI problems and she has given me some stuff to try. Was supposed to start it last night but due to the late night will be starting it tonight instead. I just hope it works!!!!

We are predicted a really hot weekend. I am already sun burned from yesterday. While my daughter is at her biological fathers me and my husband will get started on the garden I think.
