Ok...I'm on a SERIOUS snack attack here. I'm SO SO hungry these last few days. Not sure why??? I eat really well up until about 4 and then WATCH OUT 'cuz I'm like a dog with a bone! I have been doing my workouts with my weights during the week for at least an hour at a crack and they wipe me out, I must say. I justify my 'treats' cuz of my exercise. That's NOT a good thing I know. Hummm...I better watch it or I'll be up on my chart in no time!! YIKES!!! And I don't want that as I just joined the next 'around the world' challenge and I have made a vow to myself to GET TO GOAL (my personal goal of 135) before my softball season starts...and that's in about 3 weeks! I BETTER GET MOVIN'!!
Anyone have any more good workout videos they really like??? I'm getting a bit burnt on mine. Hugs to ya!

I really like Leslie Sansone's Walking videos. She makes it interesting and the time goes by so quick. Before you know it... you're sweating up a storm!

You're doing so great!! I highly recommend that if you are getting to the point of "starving" that you add in a protein snack about 30mins before you are getting hungry. It can be a small snack, like 10-15 almonds, but something with some protein will stick with you longer and help you keep from getting STARVED!! That's just not a good place to be. I ended up there just last week for the first time since I can recall... I was nearly psychotic over the whole thing, I was hungry... NOW. lol NOT a good place to be, and not good for our bodies to deal with, either. Drink plenty of water too, keeping hydrated is important, too! :) Good luck this week!! Looking forward to our new fun challenge!!

I hate that hungry feeling where you'll eat ANYTHING and EVERYTHING and have non control. I have the Core Secrets DVDs and those are good and am about to start the Power 90 ones.

I don't have any DVD's at the moment...I keep meaning to try some from the library but haven't managed it yet! I also hate that hungry feeling.....I often find a hot drink will help or a pointed caramel bar...something that takes quite a long time to eat but for not many points!

I highly recommend Turbo Jam! I love, love, love it! You know it's good if you look forward to doing it. And I do! If you are looking for a high energy, fun, motivating workout that makes you SWEAT, give it a try.

Sometimes I feel more hungry after I exercise. It's weird. When I feel like eating anything and everything (especially at night) I drink a hot cup of tea and it really does take the hunger pangs away.
