So, a bit of a depressing, frustrating, more or less pissed off of a let down day. I look forward to (and hate lol) my 5 mile runs on my treadmill. This evening 3 min into my run, I almost fell due to the shooting pain down the right side of my leg and knee. My guess is my hip is out of place and my sciatic nerve is the cause. So, I’m hoping some rest and ibuprofen will help. (Along with an ice pack or two). But, right now my old age is making me feel pretty ineffective. Here’s to hoping tomorrow is a much better day. (Sorry, rant over)
