Had a sloppy weekend, points-wise. Ate out 2x and all my flex points are gone. Have to be very careful today and tomorrow if I want to have even a hope of a loss at Wednesday's meeting.

You can do it. Drink lot's of water to flush out the sodium from eating out.

Ya, what Suzi161 said! Also, there are plenty of low point foods you can tap into to keep you satisfied over the next few days to help make it easier to stick to your points target. Luckily you have these few days to flush away the fluid retention that always results from a splurge meal. For that very reason I always try to make it a point not to eat a splurge meal on the day before weigh in. You will do fine. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
