eating low GI and limit processed foods seems to be working better for me at this time. I aimed for 10000 steps aday. Dog's drag me up to16000. And feeling better for it.
179.9 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
