I was thinking of boiling my peanuts today(bought them a few months ago) and they are no longer good 😞😭,I should known that raw peanuts do not last too long. Well, now I have to see where I can invest my 413 calories (Maybe in and healthier food)😂🙄😏

I didn't boiled them before due to the calories, I love them tough! 😋, but last weekend I managed to eat my extra large glass of peanuts(4 cups) in two days, so I thought I was ready to eat my own boiled peanuts

Yes, this time around with my husbands bday cake I ate some 3 days straight 🎂 but in a portion controlled manner 🙌🏼😏😋

Well, my goal is to lower a little more my BF % , I think that probably at 100 lb , but I am not going to do too much effort to get there, I know that if I keep doing what I am doing my body shape will change , I am averaging 1700 calories per week if I go a little over I am fine with it. I am not thinking to eat less .

I am also doing a kind of IF 5:2 two days eat less ( saving for the weekend haha)

Sometimes I think: what if I get to 100 lbs and I am still not satisfied 🤔, plus I have never been that low, unknown things scare me . I am wearing small and xs shirts and 0-3 jeans, I feel great with my clothes on, so here is where I want to be 🤗

I know, if my body wants to lose more weight I will take it if not I will be fine. I just wants to make sure to exercise regularly and eat well , I am weighing 104.6-107 lbs.

Eat them, boiled just with water and salt 😋😋

They don't last long. That's why yo never see them in grocery aisles but instead made fresh at roadside stands and fairs.
