Getting back in stride! Went HAM on the bench this morning, did 3 sets of 4 reps at 245 lbs. Also, I did a set of 10 reps at 205 lbs and a set of 10 reps at 185 lbs. Finally, I did 40 reps of crunches at 190 lbs and ran a mile in 6:38.
