My weight loss on Atkins has come to a stop and it is really aggravating. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I am ready to give up and call it a day. Why give so much up if it doesn't help? I might as well eat ice cream and chocolate. I am going to track my food on here for at least a month and see if anynoe sees anything that I am missing. If nothing changes after a month, I guess I will try something new.

If anyone has any tips, I'd love them.

How long have you been doing Atkins and how much have you lost? Could you just be in a plateau? Do you exercise? Remember if you have chocolate and ice cream you will most likely be gaining. Even standing still is better than gaining. Good Luck.

Since 4/17. I had two slip-ups and started over. I have lost ten pounds and now I am stuck and have been for two weeks. I added walking this weekend and again yesterday and I gained weight. I am going crazy.

When you just start an exercise program, your muscles get little tears and retain water to help them heal. This can show up as a temporary gain on the scale. The walking might help kick start your weight loss again, but it takes time. Tracking your food might be a good idea too.
