Happy with a further 1.8lbs down today despite going out last night and drinking alcohol, then coming home to making home made pizza. 🥂🍕 Just goes to show that in moderation and incorporated into daily life that you can still indulge and lose.
Loving my tortilla wrap pizza bases though and the rest of the family are starting to ask for them too which is great.
Should be going cycling tomorrow... first time in ages... looking forward to it, as will be a good calorie burn, but might need some luck! 🚴
