Very pleased to see 2.2lbs off the bodywork this week to make 9.6lbs in all... yay, nearly hit my first goal of 10lbs down! I was even more pleased the fact that this week also entailed a couple of nights out for food. I tried to find healthier alternatives... had soup for a starter, then cottage pie with veg without any chips or jacket potatoes for the main course. Yesterday I was also eating Camembert, then an evening at the pub for a few drinks. 🥂 I've also been doing some of my workouts dvd's that had been gathering dust... weight training with my dumbells and also a few abs workouts. On Monday hubby came home slightly earlier from work and we went for a lovely 3 mile walk on the edge of Dartmoor near a place called Grenofen. Love walking the moors, but it was our first time walking here. Going to try to find some time to make some of the lovely recipes that I keep finding! Fancy making some soup... tomato and basil and also some potato and leek. Hope you've all had a great week and have a lovely weekend! Bit of a washout here so far and not much signs of improvement for tomorrow. 🌧️☔ I'm off to a 20th Wedding Anniversary party... so hopefully can again choose some healthier options. Wish me luck! 😊
