Hi I just joined this website... I am hoping that this helps me out.. I have been on south Beach on and off for a while.. I was going good and down 20 lbs when I went on a family vacation to Disney and well ever since we got back almost a month ago I can not get back into the whole Diet thing... I have about 40/50 lbs to lose. I really need some motivation, and I hope this helps.. please help me out.. I could really use some new reciepts, something to get me going and back on track... thanks

You're in the right place for motivation darlin....there is loads of it here....and many many success stories!! The site has a recipe section....mostly submitted by members I think...you can record your foods in your diary here daily....I HIGHLY recommend it...and also journalling is VERY important in order to benefit from all the helpful people here....You've made the first step...
Now, you need to work on maintaining your focus...and you WILL get back on track....You CAN do this....We can help....lol....huggies
