Getting ready for the '50 by 50' challenge. Walked/ran on treadmill. Birthday No. 49 is tomorrow.

Key goals:
-Exercise every single day
-Eat recommended veggies and fruits
-Less soda, more water - and get up to 8 glasses by end of year
-Take care of key health measures/prevention
-Do something fun every single day
-Cut dessert (with sugar) down to once every three days.
