Hello guys
stopping by to post the menu from the weekend and today:


August 13, 2007 Monday Phase II Day 4
7:00am 1 grapefruit
10:00am Orange
12:00pm Gym/Workout (Club Strength 50 minutes)
1:00pm salad
4:00pm apple
6:30pm 3oz grilled chicken & string beans
7:15pm 1 hour Run/Walk/Cardio

August 11, 2007 Saturday Phase IIDay 2
7:00am 1 ½ cup Cheerios 1 cup skim milk & yogurt
10:00am Apple
1:00pm Mustard greens & white beans
4:00pm Cucumbers Orange & apples
7:00pm 1 egg with one slice of cheese ½ cup of skim milk
