Still no improvement in my weight or percentages - actually weight and fat went up a bit since yesterday so I'm not logging it because it can't be true. I refuse to believe it. Tonight going to dinner with friends and knowing what I will order I logged it - 1300+ calories in 1 meal!! And I'm "being good" by not getting the loaded baked potato that I normally would and staying with the small 6 ounce steak (the lowest calorie steak on the menu). Maybe that is what I need - a big meal to get me to lose some weight again. I do look better - the working out is showing on my body but my scale still shows the same fat/muscle percentages. I only log my "gym" workout but I work out here and there all day long (pushups, ab exercises until my abs ache, jumping jacks, lunges, squats etc.).

I did cross a little milestone today at the gym. Last year around this time I hurt by back which caused me to have hip pain until I started physical therapy in August. From babying my back, my hip and butt muscles were not strong enough to support me and so from November 2017 until August 2018 I had constant hip pain. Well, the physical therapy worked!! (I can't believe it - I didn't think it would work) but no more hip pain! I am about to graduate PT but before I do I have to start running again. So today, following the program they gave me, I walked 2 minutes then ran 2 minutes for a total of 14 minutes. Hopefully I won't experience a recurrence. It felt sooooo good to run... I love it and when I was running in years past I was able to be a smaller me and eat a whole lot more (and I LOVE to eat (who doesn't right?)). So, I'm hopeful that in the next month I'll be back to running and can shed these excess pounds but I'm going to keep up the weight training for sure too....
