Down .2 for the week. Not at all what I was hoping. I fell off the wagon and let Cruella (my inner pig) win. I just can't get myself to exercise and I feel like food is the answer to everything. I'm so tired and all I want to do after work is sit down and stare at the TV.
Something has to change. I need to get myself into a different gear. The weather will be cooling down soon and then hiking will start. Maybe that's what I need to get moving.
