Well, a loss. Yeah! But I am at my sister's for a small family get together. Yeah! But it will be hard not to overeat. 😖. So will do the best I can and my goal will be to maintain. Have a nice weekend everyone!
191.9 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 31.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
