Today was an ok day. Feel like I am coming down with a cold or something. Had a headache this morning but once I got up and ate something felt a little bit better, but what I had for breakfast messed up my whole day. Egg muffin and hash brown from mcdonalds lunch had soup and crakers, with 1/2 piece of chicken and then for supper had taco's (2 1/2). Snack had a special k bar (YUMMY) and will have a jello with cream as soon as I get done on here. Walked on treadmill for 30 min @ 3.5 mph.
