Tired of restricting, hungry from workout yesterday, appetite increased because stuff... ate big breakfast. 😞😐

@rosio19 Well, I am just cutting calories. I found out that I apparently can’t go under my limit without failure though. I learned this before, but I didn’t believe it. I’ve tried high protein diets, low fat diets, and all that stuff, but I found that eating the foods I like works best. Just gotta make it like an official thing, like a game, and do it! But I lack willpower.

Taking a break doesn't break you, anymore than a cylinder misfire stops a car going down the Interstate. Just keep going; you'll get there. Ditto 60pack's comment.

Well than for now try to always make the better choice. Cutting calories...ok for instance do not eat the apple eat watermelon it’s less calorie dense. Do not drink liquids (mayo, oils, butters, soda, juice, etc). Eat low calorie meats. Add vegetables so u can get full. for now choice very wisely. U do not have to eat less than before, Just smarter...make the better choice

Yep Ditto to all these comment and I’ll add one more! Think of this a change in lifestyle to a healthier you! I might seem like a BIG CHANGE but by smaller changes here and there suddenly it’s not so hard. Keep in touch here! Good support, good advice from friends here!
