Well this weekend is not going very well so far. Wasn't very hunger at all last night til 4:00 am so I ended up with some chedder munchies. didn't get out of work til 9:30 am which when ever I hit the 9:00 am mark after working all night I have trouble sleeping during the day. here it is 2:30 pm already wide awake feeling yucky and have to work tonight. Its gona be rough.dont know if I will be able to workout today like planned I really have no energy and a massive headache. This S@#% Oh well I plan on grocery shopping right after work mon morning and Iam gona try doing phase 1 again,dont know if ill be able to cut everything out but iam gona try. Cant wait till T.O.M. is over cause I am showing a gain of 3lbs (not charting it, will get depressed) Oh well Ill just keep pushing on and see I refuse to believe I am suppoe to stay no lower then the 160's Edit: Well I decided to get up since I couldn't sleep and run Did 8:44 walk .54 mils, ran to 25:22 2.04 mil, walk to 30:00 2.21 mil 354 cal anyone out there that is a runner??? I need to take like 5min off my run in the next month!!!!HELP

I hear you. My TOM is almost here and I am craving junk food and carbs so bad. It's always a day or two before. Hang in there, this too shall pass.

Yeah, hang in there. I gained almost 3 pounds yesterday, and I went to a meeting with all these great looking cheeses and overdid it again today. No big deal, we can get it back tomorrow. :-)
