Some days are simply tougher than others. Finding the strength, will, and determination to push myself to exercise just one hour a day.
That's my problem. Not so much with the fork anymore, although I really enjoy the taste of food, but with wanting to be so damn lazy! I schedule my twin babies nap time to coincide with my workout. When I put them down for their nap I know immediately that I must get on the elliptical and grind myself down for an hour.
One cure for it that I will try to apply is get an extra hour of sleep at night. Force myself to go to bed early, and see if I need extra rest these days.
