Smoothies bowl buat paksu. Pepaya, pisang beku sedang 1, oatmeal 4sdm, yakult. Topping muesli + apel. Ini terlalu manis menurutku harusnya pake air aja dan high carbo 😱 yaudahlah yaa buat laki2 kebutuhan karbonya 2x lipat dr cewek.
