just decided no matter what I eat im not losing weight so eat. then I weigh & I have lost 3 lbs. go figure!
238.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's the crazy thing about weight loss, you never know what your body will do. People think if they don't lose for a week there is something wrong, but it is perfectly normal. I knew one person who would lose every two weeks, no matter what she did. Your chart looks great so you are doing fine. Have patience and just keep going no matter what. Consistency is key with weight loss.
