before injury 84kg now glimpsing it again.
It wasn't hard to get to almost 89 but can be almost impossible sometimes. need to find my nemesis.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
