Decided I'm only going to weigh myself every 2 wks....I'm driving myself crazy not getting quick results, I wish I'd lose to lbs a day but that's probably not healthy. It took me years to put this weight on so it'll probably tale a year to come off....I just need to be patient!! Easier said than done.....
