The pain seems to knock out my executive functioning. Maybe simple resource partitioning by the brain. I’m still fascinated... the pain modulation given by Cannabis. And all the other practices in my integrative healing.
It’s so f*cking hard. Day after day . Or so it seems. How unglued am I getting?...

It absolutely does disable one's executive function. Practise breathing and mindfulness meditation, it helps. And the cannabis. 😁
