Awesome Good 4 U Pie
My sister n law gave me this recipe and it is easy, lowfat, and fairly good 4 u. The possibilities are unlimitless. Only 3 basic ingredients. Graham cracker crust (store bought or home made) 2- 8 ounce yogurts any flavor u want (with or without fruit) 1 small tub of fat free or light whipped cream
mix the whipped cream together with the yogurt, pour into crust and freeze. Optional: top with nuts or real fruit. Yummy!!!!
I actually had this and it was great. Just think....key lime, or cinnamon almond, strawberry, whatever you choose. You have to try it.
