So, I had a big fall this week. I had 5 days of a binge session and I'm disappointed with the decisions that I've made. I've fallen hard and with the damage that I've done, I've gained weight!!!! Grrrr!!!! But i am back on here, so far meals have been healthy, so at least I can say that I am back.
