So, I had a big fall this week. I had 5 days of a binge session and I'm disappointed with the decisions that I've made. I've fallen hard and with the damage that I've done, I've gained weight!!!! Grrrr!!!! But i am back on here, so far meals have been healthy, so at least I can say that I am back.

it's hard to be honest with yourself and admit that you did poorly. The biggest thing is even though you fell off the "wagon", you dusted yourself off and got right back on. We all have been there!
