I wish I could find that 'switch' in me to 'flip' so I could stay on track. I start out with such great attainable goals and then I only end up letting myself down. So here I am for the umpteenth time starting over again.

As I am laying in bed last night thinking "how can I get exercise in my life I know it is key for me". It is hot and I will not want to walk when it is hot. I am too scared of cramping up and drowing if I swim laps in the pool alone (not the strongest swimmer). So what to do. Then I thought "I will put a timer in my phone and whether it is 5 minutes at a time or 10 minutes at a time I will take breaks in my work day and get my exercise in". If I can do it every hour great, but if I can't and just get my 30 minutes then great.

So that is what I have been doing today and I am almost at 30 minutes and it is only 10:30am. I love exercising in the morning but starting work at 5am does not make it much of an option for me. Not unless I go to bed at 8pm and that would not make my husband very happy at all. Since I have such a heavy work load and tend to work late then when I am done it is time for errands or cleaning and laundry and leaves little time then....AND I am TIRED.

So we will see how it goes. My reward will be the Dude Ranch that my husband and I are planning on going to probably in October. Not to mention the improvements I may see within 30 days when we are flying back to Georgia for a visit with family (and I will go into work in the Corporate office).
