Today I am working on my first day of gradualy coming from jenny craig food to "real foods". I have a gold membership, so I do not get the maintenace support from my consulant. This was not something that I was aware of when I decided on this membership, but oh well, I have an overload of information for heating healthy and maintaining a better lifestyle as a skinner me!
