I'm planning on starting keto at the weekend. How are you finding it? Did you get hit with "Keto Flu" that I keep reading about?

No i was very lucky and didn't but I had been low carb before I started keto so I think that helped

I’ve just started Keto diet, last Tuesday. Really enjoying it so far. Have had no cravings for sugar at all and I AM a sugar addict.
