I know.. not enough calories for the day... I am just not hungry. No its not emotional I am really n a good place... hope it lasts for a few days... I wanna see the scale move... actually I would like my thighs to get with the program... everything else is getting smaller.....grrrrr. My feet, my rings, even my undies are getting too big but not a cm change in thighs in 6 months. And no I am from the south... we don't sweat therefore exercise is a moot suggestion. LOL
