My eating has been a little shaky this week, but I'm set to start a liquid diet tomorrow. I feel like I'm the quintessential yo-yo dieter at this point, but I need to do something to getb ack on track. My diet hasn't been too bad w. bingeing or anything, I just have been eating a lot more junk (carbs) than I'd like. I'm grateful I'm not hungry, but I found myself eating a few times out of boredom and that's just not good. I've been bored with my workouts, but I'm starting a new program in a week, yay! I'm trying to save $$$ so I'm switcing programs with a friend. My friend is going to give me her P90X and I'm going to give her my Insanity. Then my fav fav fav trainer is releasing her new program (cardio-heavy) Turbo Fire in mid June so Ill have 6 weeks of P90X under my belt by then before I start mixing in her workouts. I can't believe Memorial Day is 3 weeks away, and summer is pretty much upon us.

That looks awesome. Do you have to do Turbo Jam first?

I just finished working out and I was thinking I would like a little more information on some of these programs. I thought I would post here but if you are on beachbody more let me know. Thanks Chris!

Hey Cathy, no you don't have to do Turbo Jam, TJ is actually a beginner/intermediate program and I think you're more advanced than that. Turbo Fire is very Cardio Intense, it's High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It will be released 6/18/10 to coaches and then two weeks later for customers. Let me which programs you may be interested. I love Chalene Johnson! What a great woman! This is just my registered dietitian's opinion, don't go on a liquid diet. Your body needs the actual food stuffs to translate into fiber, nutrition, vitamin, minerals, and antioxidants. Encourage yourself to work with your food & beverages, tweaking the carbs here & there. Just my opinion...good luck!

Cathy, I got your e-mail and I'll pop it in the mail in the morning. BaileyBoo, thx for the friend request. I loveee TurboJam too, I'm actually supposed to get Turbo Kick certified (the CJ workout they do in health clubs) in June which should be fun. CP: Thx for the info. I'll say its a modified liquid diet in that I had (2) Shakeology protein shakes, and then 8oz of chicken (or other lean protein) with some romaine lettuce, and I munched on peanuts. I just want to take a break from having to think of what to eat so I don't have to worry about cheating.
