Normally Saturday nights are my cheat, but I still stayed low on my calorie intake. Today I decided to take a day of cheat but still low on my calorie intake but my sodium was up and still manage to burn calories.
Finding a lot of 10 minute work outs on You tube is nice since I can't go for my brisk walk until I feel comfortable again and with the videos I found if there is jumping I just moved along with them with out the jumping :)
