Today is my eldest daughter's birthday and i have been thinking...I'm going to be 52 years old and I can do more than many people my age can do. I'm so thankful for my weight loss, belly dancing, being able to work out, etc. I am still increasing my fiber but also working on balancing it out with enough things to bind me. Stools can become too soft if fiber is upped too much too soon. I'm trying to find the balance.
