I am so sick of being tempted all of the time! I wish that I could just cut off the part of my brain that triggers the food cravings - that would make me so happy! I didn't do so well today. I had Chick-fil-A for lunch and it went downhill from there.

You can eat Chick-fil-a, you just have to make good choices. I love the southwest salad with fat free honey mustard dressing, it is so good. The grilled chicken wrap is awesome too. I just tell them no sauce and use the fat free honey mustard as a dipping sauce (it's so good and doesn't taste fat free). Wow, now I am craving Chick-fil-A. Yum! Look up online the places you like to go to the most, and find things you enjoy within a certain calorie range. That way you know what to choose when you walk in the door.
