Down a little today, I felt it coming. Not a full pound I don't think, I think I was at like 154.4, and now I'm at 153.5, but, some is better than none. I think it had a lot to do with fluid retention... and that's passing now.

I feel like I got hit by a truck. I got no sleep last night. Usually I can run on 6-7 hours of sleep... which is what I had. I went to bed late because of the energy from my late night workout, and my bf kept me up all night. NO NO Not like that! Haha. Whenever he has a big important meeting with a client or a big case, he can't sleep well. He talks and tosses and turns all night long - so, I can't sleep with that happening, so I got to bed around 5:30am. I was going to wake up around 9, and get to campus around 10:30... but when 9 came around, I couldn't even move. So now my day is all effed up... I missed a chance to go see some cool stuff out on the lake today because I just physically could not get up and be aware enough to go work on the boat. It wasn't WORK, it was just an opportunity to go look at stuff, but, I may have been in the way anyway since the boat is small, really only for 2-3 people, 4 is max (and I would have made 4) BUT - HAHA! I would have been the LIGHTEST person on the boat!!

Anyway... so, now I've got this messed up day where, I'm groggy still and it's 1pm... I'm probably not going to go out and do much, just work on stuff on the computer. My workout tonight is going to be an easy one... my shoulders and obliques are really sore - and not necessarily like muscle-building sore, more like... I strained something sore... so I think 40 minutes of yoga, and maybe 45 minutes of Wii Active sports, and give myself a rest from the really hardcore stuff. I feel like I've bumped up my exercise a little since my birthday so my body needs time to adjust I think. I'm pretty sure this is the most active and fit I've been ever.
