Another late night workout, but I'm proud. I bumped it up again and did 74 minutes of Wii Active and More Active, followed my 40 minutes of yoga stretches. I feel awesome.

My BMI is NORMAL! I am not overweight anymore! Well, I mean I AM overweight, but BMI-wise I'm not!! My Wii balance board (which yes, weighs me light) still weighed me lighter than 2 days ago, so I'm hoping the weight gain on the scale was just water/woman time/etc... I won't weigh myself tomorrow but I might on Friday. I know I'm getting a little obsessive with the scale, I do want to calm that down but, dang, I love seeing losses when they happen.

HOORAY!! That's AWESOME!! And girl, where are you getting the energy for these work outs all of a sudden? Impressive. I just went to a BMI site and I still have to lose 8 or 9 pounds to be in the normal range. What's that put it at...July? Well, guess it's something to shoot for. : ) Congrats on the weight loss AND the great workouts.

Actually you're partly my reason for having the energy to workout!! I'm inspired by how hard you workout every day, and those awesome hikes you take... So, thank you!!

Speaking of inspiration (and thank you for saying that : ), do you watch the Biggest Loser? This week's show was really inspirational to me. Bob was on one of the contestants, Daris, about why he gave up the challenge, to get into the mental part of what was going on. For some reason, it really inspired me to want to continue to work out hard (today an exception...have pity) and to really work up the sweat. However it was worded, it inspired me. I hope I didn't delete it!

YAY! Isn't it great when a chart tells you you're "normal" :) It's almost as good as the one that told me I was "acceptable". I was so excited to be "acceptable" that I cried! lol Congratulations!

Thanks guys! And D - no I don't watch that show, maybe I should but, I haven't ever seen an episode, (*hides* don't hit me, lol!). And yes K8yk - it was awesome to see that, lol I still look at myself and try to be like "Well my BMI says I'm normal"... it's crazy!
