your meals look great btw. but are you drinking lots of water? are you feeling full when you eat? one thing i did was stopped eating when i started to feel full, then ate the leftovers later if i got hungry. i just spread my calories throughout the day better. one thing i would suggest, getting some fibersure, its a flavorless powder you can add to your food. it can be mixed with your cereal, chili, pasta sauce, etc.
