I'm not exactly sure what happened yesterday, except for eating too close to bed time but gained 2 pounds. I even forced water down yesterday! I think I drank 8 glasses instead of my usual 4 glasses. I'll try it again today and see what happens, making sure I don't eat within 2 hours of bedtime. I was very surprised as to how "full" I felt from all that water! lol

Maybe you retained a bit of that water, those two pounds should be gone tomorrow. That chart is looking good.

No worries! If it's in one day, it's most likely water weight and it'll come out today! :) GREAT JOB on getting more water in!! And AWESOME by quitting eating 2 hours before bed!!! Keep up the great work and it'll pay off!!

Hey, I finally figured out what causes the scale to jump up like that! it's not you, don't worry!! it's the sudden incorrect rotation of the earth around the sun, causing a gravitational pull which alters our own equilibrium and pulls us downward! All it takes is a trip to the bathroom and 20 minutes of head shaking (but you gotta look frustrated while shaking your head) and then all you have to do is weigh in again! It's amazing! I think that 60/60 or Time magazine should be made aware of this!! LOL hugs friend!

I am so with BadAndee theory, too! This is why I only weigh myself once a week, at the same time because I feel that the pull of the earth will have returned to where it was the previous seven days and I will automatically weigh less because of gravity (and not eating a bag of oreos). ;)
