i feel like i did well today.. only had one peice of toblerone chocolate and im pretty sure i worked it off while skipping..... i had NO idea how hard skipping actually is. its hard enough even skipping for two minutes straight! im losing weight fast though, but i am scared i will get sagging skin.... so may have to try to find the wii fit remote tomorrow....... or even try going to the gym!
