Not in the direction I was planning but i'm ok with it, i've been hitting the gym hard this week. It must be that 285g protein im eating everday lol, been sticking to my macros all week so eventually the scale will head in the other direction. The plus side is I can see more definition in my upper chest an legs, it's screaming to come out lol. Today is Leg day woo hoo lol let'see if I can walk later 🤣
287.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 107.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
