Hello...went to weight myself this morning and I'm so bleary eyed that I think I lost another pound. Not quite sure...the numbers are looking so small these days. I really do have to get another scale that shows the numbers in a larger font. Is this the start of getting old? What's next? One of those really big numbered cell phones that have no options but REALLY BIG NUMBERS? or how 'bout the phone in the kitchen with just pictures on them? Just press the face of my kid and I've got him. Nice...can't wait until my hearing goes...that should be a party...

ANYWAY, getting back to my diet at hand, did well with my little frittata quiche-like cups and then had a chef salad with some italian dressing. Sugar free Jello to finish off the feast. I really am full and it took me to 12:30 just to get a little hungry so thats very cool.

I'm in the second week of Phase I and I'm doing very well. I'm proud that I haven't had the urge to have a piece of lifesaver or some bread...but OMG I saw a show on the travel channel that was feature PIZZA FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY. Great...As I sat munching my alloted pistachio nuts I found myself making a bargain...if my hearing AND my eyesight go...then I'm entitled to a pie....IN CONEY ISLAND. It will be a pilgramage. I'll have a seeing eye, ear, nose and throat dog, but what the hell...I can share...

Off to the gym after work then collapsing...
