Saturday was a good day for me, my calories were 1690 RDI 1700 including 2 donuts, and yesterday I planned my meals in advance a little less than 1,700 calories , there was also a donut included in my lunch and two kisses (chocolate) in mydinner, but when I started to eat my lunch I decided to pay attention to my stomach (mindful eating thing ) when I felt full I stopped eating and the same thing I did at dinner, my total calories yesterday were 994 of 1700, I didnot eat the donut or the chocolates and other things I had On my menu, I was so proud of myself last night, this morning my weight in, is down a little more than one pound I'll wait until Friday to update it☺

Thank you, I know, it's hard for me too, on Saturday it was planned only one donut and I ended up eating two haha, I am sure the mindful eating really works, we just need to learn how to eat like a normal person 😐

Thank you girls, I think my body fat was over 33 % when I started my new lifestyle January of last year at 147.4 lbs, but I did not know how to use my scale properly Haha, my BF was 31% six months ago and my weight was 123 , I have lost a total of 40 pounds, now I am doing slow weight loss because I want to gain a little muscle mass while I lower my BF
